HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can contact our team by email, phone, text or website inquiry. Please let us know what type of event your planning to host and how we can help. We'd love to know the date, location and number of guests in order to provide you with an accurate quote. We'll e-mail you back as soon as we can and after the quotation, we will move forward by asking that you review our rental policies and guidelines. Once we've received your deposit, we'll send you an invoice and request the final payment before delivery. It's just that easy!

WHAT IS OUR CHANGE POLICY?
We can accommodate changes to your booking up to 14 days prior to your event, but keep in mind that there are some limitations. Have a look at our rental info page for more information...
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
We promise that your booking coordinator will respond to your emails, texts and calls as soon as possible, but in the event of an emergency, you should know that any member of our team can be reached on their cells or by text. WHAT ARE OUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
We accept payment in many different forms such as cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit card, or money transfer. Let us know which way you prefer at the time of booking.
